I don't want to tell you what to do but in the RF server community your not going to find a 100% solution what you need to do with this bozo is use a IP blocking app such as http://www.beethink.com/BeeGuardian/.../IPBlocker.htm block his entire fracking subnet he'll get the message, I had to do this many times.and it works an example goes a long way
