Help about Loginserver and Accountserver

Why when i open loginserver always stop at this step...and in accountserver there is no text about login server login like unusual ?? Its like the Loginserver doesnot open the world
#i have search about something wrong but i still cannot find,,, and my com become lag when i open my loginserver
someone can help me to solve this problem ???

i have install rf dependency.. but it stiil like that....
it's like the Loginserver not conected to Accountserver but i dont know how to fix it....

Open ur zoneserver

i have open Zoneserver,Accountserver,BillingAgent,LoginServer,, but for Loginserver always stop after Block IP List File and doesnot start to Open the World.......

My LoginServer like not responding...

theres something wrong with your ini then check it out and also dont forget to run it as admin
