[HELP] ADDING NEW LINES ON Resource.edf

How to add new lines and blocks, and configure them with the structorian?
since almost all items on the Item.edf are not really used and doesn't have any meshes or textures like the cape ones.. so my only problem now is the Resource.edf that doesn't have the model data there of the cape.. anyone can help me out in adding lines or blocks? greatly appreciated..

best using 010 editor + template from interpid to add new line, simple and fast or use some tool like excel parser from trirozhka, dat editor from Sa@nek-Bor, etc like this.

I think I found 1 in release section, post from H4TE if im not wrong,,, that's excel parser by trirozhka,,,
edit in excel >> save as txt (tab delimited) >> txt to dat ( compile using php script )

or you must buy the tool to trirozhka to get full support & newer version. thats tool is usefull I think.
