[HELP] Can only kill one time

Hi guys,
Have you ever experience the below bugs? Im currently trying to find a solution for the below, and experienced and solved it, please share.Ive been trying to fix for a week but no luck.

1. I can only kill a character one time
2. Im not gaining temporary points
3. Everytime i Kill someone there is a notice ingame similar to the below picture
