tools you need to edit npc
1.DatEditor
2.Storelist.dat (For Server side)
3.Storelist.strs
4.Store.edf
5.Store.strs
6.EDF-DAT=For Change Store.edf to Store.dat so u can edit with dat editor :)
7.DAT-EDF=For Change Back Store Dat to EDF.. after change Store.dat to Store.edf store.dat become store.dat.edf delete .dat in store.dat.edf :)
copy to your datatable :)

Open your strs with notepad++ then find the right column and change the name of it to upgrademodfier. simple as that.
