i have a friend , and he is an admin in some rf 2.2.3.2 , he want change Race Leader Accretia , and promote the consul to change the RL , some one know about this? he didnt know much about the data base

he called himself an admin of some rf server but dont know about database, oh my god, what do you think your doing, you trusted your server with that kind of person, are you insane..
my first step is, fired him, and the second step is using search cos theres already a thread about this..
