[HELP]Master skill

Hello and good day to all!

my problem is how to make GM pt of master skills? melee and range only!

i already do to edit enable in skill.dat and the client side .edf also i try the other sql query here in forum still not working.

but everytime i edit in rfmanagetool the skill is going to level 7.
