Help me 2.2.3.2 in lan red

hi,i need help, i have server 2.2.3.2 xtreme server files, in one machine,is online, and i can login in server, but, in second machine, i execute launcher, whit ip of my server (in lan red) but launcher.exe show "Patch failure. Please try again in short future" and i can not update,

when I connect from another machine, the launcher tries to update, but after a while, I get a message "Patch failure. Please try again in short future" I have configured the ip, but nothing happens, turn off antivirus, delete download manager but nothing, still rises Patch failure. Please try again in short future.
