- and i edit this launcher with hex editor, see the image :

probably ur launcher server setting is incorrect, specially on the IP or the port
if you change 127.0.0.1 IP to your IP, you need to create the cab/rar named it to newRF and replace all of newRF(old) on the rfclient_update and it's child folder with newRF(new)
hei sir problem launcher is done,, i think error lies in the file "httpd.conf" and now I get eror again when I login to my launcher,, see this image :
