[Help]Nuclear Controller allowed on all maps

I'm with a problem about nuclear bomb allowed on all maps,

does anyone know how to allow nuclear bomb only in the craig mine?

you cant do that for all map maximum is 3 maps only

what hes saying is hes probably using bombilos release which some how allows for all maps to use nuke ive seen this as well.
