[Help] Search edf to dat converter

Hello guys, I'm looking to some that could help me with a file .edf that I have and it is encrypted(encoded).
I need to convert it to .dat without that crypt, if anyone can do that, or could help me to do that, the file is attacht.

tbh, if i recall correctly, that file is not the real file,
the real file is packed inside bin,

Oh so how could I remove it from bin? It's from an old client server that I played a longtime ago, RFZumba, I use that client on my server but I like to change a few things and I'm not able to...
Would you need bin file to take a look?
