And when i try to open billingagent.exe it iwill just pop up and close again:? is that normal oor my billingagent.exe are crasshing?

ok.. and no more error showing but.. when i run the billingagent.EXE.. it will just pop up and close again?
what file server do you use 223 or 2232 GU ?
and use BILLING or BillCruxRF DB ?
and what nation code do you use for all config initialize ,
i use RU for all nation and work well 223 and 2232 here
ok all are running.. MY question is is the only 3 EXE will be runned?

it's normal.
login filter id >> for filter your GM account or Host Account When You login in external connection
IP block for block IP user so cant login to game

Your ip in launcher wrong, try edit the ip launcher to your ip and emulator too
