How to increase the HSK's "anti sheild block"

Hi,everyone.Someone in my server that can not be killed by the HSK,because the HSK's attack always blocked by sheild,can annyone tell me how to increase the HSK's "anti sheild block"?I mean witch park that can do that in "MonsterCharacter.dat"

your offset is for youngflem, and beside that offset seem to be for block, not antiblock

you still had this problem after six year?
I think shield block is around skillattack or something on monstercharacter.dat if I remember correctly

I totally research the monstercharacter.dat/skill.dat/force.dat/classskill.dat.but find noting~. :-(
