i found the IP 195.91.172.114 i want to change it to 127.0.0.1

but should it be in same length because i already change the IP but it has an error when i run it.

you can replace all if you replace in hex - including any 00 bytes if it was longer.

the string i want to replace is more longer that the string i want to place, what should i do? should i place 00 so that the length would match to original?

copy the original one in hex and then the edited one in hex at same lenght.

So if it was
31 32 33 2E 32 33 32 2E 34 33 2E 32 - 123.232.43.2
and repalced with
31 31 32 2E 32 31 2E 32 2E 32 00 00 - 112.21.2.2

or vice verse.
