Replace the map folder of client from zoneserver? WTF ? you dont do that mate lol, you're having that problem because your serverside's map is not the same as what you have in your bin.

Your rf online bin and your map.edf NDmap.edf do not contain the correct numbers for maps. Use a clean set and not another servers client if your unable to get it to work.
From a guess i am thinking your rf_online bin is the issue so use this guide and set it to the correct number of maps.
