MAU Deliver Time

Hi I'd like to ask if is there any way to change the time of a MAU key being delivered? Like if a certain bellato parked their mau in a area the time limit for them to ride it will be 3-5 seconds then it'll go back to their inventory again. Or if possible setup a class restriction in the key usage to disable other class other than specs from using it? Thank you in advance

if i am not wrong, i guess we still can make only spec use mau's
