My login server run with 0 fps and always not responding + i cant up my zone server

- Login server run with 0 fps
- i cant up my zone server (theres message with other language)
- external connect still close (how to make it open)

My login server is solved .I was edit ip address login system .ini to 127.0.0.1 and now its run fine.
But my zone server still can't up.it says "failed to create empty document"
