if i recall now.. it was holysystem.ini or new holysystem that had the dummies specified for chips. including map etc.

1. resource.spt - for spawn keeper coordinat, mining coordinat, chip breaker coordinat
2. newhollysystem.ini (2232) - for spawn the keeper on the map,
3. zoneserver - for nuke auth map

i have test it on 2011, and working perfectly

what offset change nuclear authority? i not smart using ida -_-

try search using IDA :)

because I think not one offset... I like hex editor it's specific :)
search one offset in IDA so you can found it hex :)

3.dont forget change map guild war information in ini files.
