I manage to edit NPCs, but can someone help me and point me where to start in order to put the buff function in the buttons I added. Most of the buffers I see here is for odin secure / dev corp.

Not possible, without either using a guard or hooking the zone yourself.. This is not a feature that exists in 2232.
