Please help me to fix DC at Cragmine while running :(

What steps have you done to try and narrow down the issue?

Do all players disconnect?
Do players only disconnect during cw when they enter the map?
Have you tested the servers performance during this time?
Have you checked and pinged the server when you are about to dc?

Player Get DC sometimes a 40% who running at other map. Specialy the Cragmine While CW got DC 70% to 80% like that , but if not CW theres have sometimes DC at cragmine but a little. sorry for my Grammar

Server have a Good ping always i already check it . . Ping not changed its maintain a good ping.

Try and get the players to run trace routes and ping tests to see if they have a stable connection to your host.

Google trace routes and check your logs when this happens.

in morning no DC but if afternoon and evening we got that problem

our server in Russia and our player and me at PH

Sounds like during that times it occurs you might have higher then normal traffic that or your provider is unable to supply the demand to all its customers effecting you.

Run multiple speed tests to different places around the world to verify if it is a connection issue and check your logs to see what ips are connecting and if you are being ddoseds.

when im running cragmine and my ping is 65 to 90 like that if my ping got 150 to 200 ill get DC
