Old game, no updates of new things, always the same things and the same method to play = graveyard
I suggest to help out all RF Online Newbie Dev's to there respective problem. because iv'e seen in Ran Online Forum that they are doing the community work together. They help each other. :D

RF only lacks content if you don't know to make good content. None of this cheaters content most people do by changing a few numbers changing the name and coloring it a new shade. REAL content like this.
That being said RF still is close to death from one simple reason, too many private servers are making the potential player base even more spread out.

it would be better if people can create their own msh, bone, ani, etc themself
well, you can get a lot of player in indonesia maybe, there's a lot of player here, there's server with player up to 1000+ rpg/pvp.
tho' i don't like local private server that much
That bat sword is not from RF. In a pm send me any 3D modeled weapon [in a common format like .fbx] and I could format it into a .msh within a few days (i'll make like a video of it ingame for you) when I'm not busy (90 percent of the time is just stuff to make work with R3Engine like converting Quads faces into Trifaces and changing / moving sections so it looks nice when being held by all races)
CMIIW but could of swore fish already has made new animations, pretty sure I could too. New Bones are only needed for New Monsters, so no need for creating bones unless you can create mesh.
If its the server i'm thinking of lots of people are afk collecting in game point based rewards....

they are afk and collecting in game point is true, but the player 1000+ is also no joke, you can see it on war o.O
Its not my design, a professional artist made it. In the process of starting of my own design right now with a reference picture the customer likes better than the bat design. :)
Those guys have the grey area to host events in real life in like the mall like its a legal server... If my friend could do that he would have much higher numbers too...
Anyways back on topic the only way to spark interest is to have fresh stuff, Bombillo have you checked out what Gamecampus finally had done after years for the prep of going to Steam?
