Server Crash Access Violation 400FEB4A

Sometimes during chipwar times i've been getting this crash. Ive tried searching for info and some posts say that it has something to do with NULL Values?

This is the crash, I have various logs of exceptions and all of them is this address 400FEB4A. I am using RShield Protection and nothing else out of the ordinary. Is there anything I can do? Dunno where to start searching for the issue. I hope someone has some insight on this matter, I would like to learn how to fix it so I can fix it on my onw next time.

hehe rshield epic fail titinium works better as a free guard also im pretty sure thats either the chinese client crash or the guild manager crash
