SetItemEff place rf 2232 version
please help me, I've been editing setitemeffect client and server, but does not work in the game,,,
setitemeffect.edf I placed the DataTable and the result is the same, I put in the same en-gb .. I thought the same as rf setitemeffect.edf in version 223 en-gb, but it does not work in game
