There is no sound or music in game

Hello!
Having set 2.1.5 server, i have no sounds or music in game. Why it could be so?

This problem isnt due to Launcher. Ive checked 2 already...

P.S. Rarely if i activate effect sounds (but music not), with % chance these sounds will be working...
Recently music and sound have worked both when i re-activated it in launcher's options... I cant understand this all

and make sure you have activated the sound and music...
after that, check your in game setting/option...

Can any1 suggest me a launcher for 2.1.5? I suppose, the reason could be based on it.

if still no result, there can be some reason:
1. your BGM folder corrupt
2. your soundcard problem (maybe)
3. 215 doesnt have correct sound to played?

There were a few times, when it worked.. But i cant figure out when it works. Is there due to launcher or server or client or db... i dont know.........HEEELP ME TO SOLVE THIS

OK, NOW, i found out that if i focus to anouther window, when the RF Online is being started loading, AUDIO WILL APPEAR. So how can i FIX this, having made this more comfortable....
Certunltly sorry for my illeterary English and explanations =)
