Combining and Fusione are not 100%

Hi, i fixed forging rate and put them to 100%, but i try to change my files to fix combining rates, and fusion rates, but there's nothing to do...
What i have to do exacty for fix that?
please i need it, i am trying to do this for like 1 month...

Lv4+ gems combining can fail, and 3rd socket fail too often....

Please someone help me :(

you said you fixed then you said you tried to change to fix. thats a bit confusing. do you mean that you wanted to make the rates 100% but you screwed up and now even low lvl stuff is failing>?
