I cannot use /summon and /summonex command. Can anybody help me, please?

Hi,

I have problem with /summon and /summonex command. It doesn't work.
But all other commands are working fine.

Another problem is that the commands only work in garner map but not other maps.
When I use commands on other maps, the system says "Access low"

Can anybody help me with the problem please?

Its &summon not /summon

If the access is low, are you sure you're set to a Lv99 GM?
