using GM tool i can put on 255 lvl SS ... but normally in game i cant put on 255 lvl SS...
so ne 1 can tell me excatly wher this problem belongs... in Database ??? Zoneserver.exe ???? or ne where else....

Its Pure A3 Gameplay..

If you want to wear a specific Shue, your character level should be more than or equal to level of that Shue.
Make your character level equal to 255 and you can wear it ingame.
Restriction to this can be removed by tweaking your ZoneServer.exe file.

I'm not sure what types of changes you have to make. But its sure restricted through Zoneserver.exe only !
