A3 minor help needed

To all my Developer friends...
I have made a Server running on hamachi. The problem is this

1> I have 3 gm in my game my GM.ini look like this

GMCount=2

GMLevel_0=165
GMName_0=papai (GM1 - it have all the power, i can use properly)

GMLevel_1=165
GMName_0=admin (this dnt have powers at all)

GMLevel_2=165
GMName_0=gmid (this also dnt have any powers)

what i am mistaking??

2> How to work the GMTOOL?? Means in which folder of server to paste it? or where to paste it to mk it work? there was no guide for tht!!

3> a3-vengence.weebly.com is my site, the question is how to link up the Registration page with my server, tht a player will register & he can login to game? [i know to create a player account manually, but dnt know how to do it 4m site] so how can i make it online through the website??

4> how to apply the rebirth process???

please give a guide in bife to all the above queries..plz
i am using ramankamboj's server guide with tta3 client with part 5 patch & hamachi network.

U provided 3 GM IDs And U Inserted GM count = 2 Which should be 3 !

Guys I solved the problem OF GM powers & the GMTOOL issue, but dnt able to fix the 3rd & the 4th issue....
so plz gv the solution of 3rd & 4th issue i posted...

Can u hlp me with this, say where to find u??? just set it up through Team Viewer if u wanna hlp or through skype cht...

1more thing, "How to add 'GM' prefix infront a GM name? Means 'GMXYZ' how to add this 'GM'? caz i am not able to add it... tell me from which place i can add the GM Prefix" ?

GM issue solved, thx to Ins@ne who really helped me a lot waisting near abt 2Hrs:30mins with me helping on TV to set the problems..
