Cant use ITEM command

Guyz i had made A3 server earlier and had sucessfully use all gm's commands in it, but now when i had formatted my pc and set up a new server i'm not able to spawn anything using ITEM command. It's really difficult to continue without that command.Please suggest some solution if u know or have gone through the same.

I'm using server files from raman also when i use Dheeraj's Zoneserver server file I can login to my account but somehow the client dosent connects to the ZS. I know it's the client mismatch but can any guide me which clients files should I use for Dheeraj's server files please provide client download link too.
PS: I know we are supposed to use ARA3 client but out of the 5 parts of client only 1 link is active others are dead so if any can upload or give an active link it would really be appreciated.
