The second storage slot? If that, well some servers have the second storage slot activated too for more storage capacity.

it was not exaclty a tab...but an extra option to select at the NPC window..:
1) Select Quests
2)Open NPC window
3) " the opt in question"
cudnt get the name...it was all in chinese..

Hey, One of those screenshots show the craft box for special opts on items if am not totally mistaken here.

Well i think that tab is to convert money to gold. If i am not mistaken i heard that if you reach maximum money limit ie 4,000,000,000 WZ you can make 1 Gold so that it is easier while dealing!

By SQL max you can put is 4 Bill but when you hunt for more - you can carry.
