epi 4 skills error help!!!

whn i installed tht zoneserver of epi4 which includes new skill it gives error.Game init fail and aftr tht Error 208:npc skill load table fail......i hv convrtrd those st0,1,2,3 into bin file and renamed and pasted in zonedata>skills folder but still it is nt working pls sum 1 tell me wat to do

u need to npc skill file. and put in zoneserver<zonedata<NPC folder.
