It is pretty difficult to understand what you are saying..
You say that customers are facing compatibility problems. You could suggest them to use a different client. Try and patch yours with the Game Haze client. It is the most amazing client till date ( as far as I am concerned) .

Yes. This is the LAN IP and if you are connected over LAN then this is the IP you must use.

because when i tried to run my server (for the 1st time) under
Pentium 3 866MHz
640 MB SDRAM
20GB hard disc drive
it shows just like your ss, all the value r under 100....
