Help me to Run server in lan network
i hv external ip 223.223.129.167 ......
and internal ip 172.16.233.xxx .....
i put loginserver & zoneagent my internal ip .......
and Loginagent i put my External ip.......
but i get error when i run LoginAgent.......
pls help me

and say also which ip i use in a3 client
If u want to run server on lan than hamachi is best option..
Download hamachi and u will get ip smthing 5.xxx.xxx.xxx according to that change ur loginserver, loginagent and zoneagent .ini files and put that ip on a3client also than njoy ...
Let me tell u onething that u have to create hamachi network than tell players to join network than u can run server on lan..
put your A3Client.exe here, and tell me all ip you get when you type
"ipconfig/all" in your command prompt.

i change 127.0.0.1 ips to my external and internal ips
And if u want to server on internal and external ip than place same ip in ini files [EG: if u want to run server on internal than put internal ip in ini files and if u want to run on external than put external ip in ini files] and for client u have to do same thing.
and if u dont know how to hex client than tell me ip i will make client for u and
i know how to hex client...
but problem is wher i input external ip and wher input internal ip.....
and in cilent what i use internal or external ip????

Let me tell you common errors during login's
First of all,
1,Client connects to login agent
2. Sends Id password you type in it.
3. Login agent checks for your client version, if correct
4. login agent sends Id pass to login server
5. Login server confirms id pass from 7770 and get account status
6. If everything correct it ll reply to login agent with Green signal with zone agent's port number
7. Login agent then send ok signal with welcome msg :P to client with server names ( 1 or 2 server names depending on how much you have with its respective Ip and port)
8. Then client will click the desired server names from the list and connects to zone agent
9.Client will then tell login agent that its logged in the server
10.Login agent tells login server the same and login server tell 11.zone agent to invite the client with xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ip
12.Then zone agent connects to main server, gets account details.
13.main server talks to account server and gets the char details and gives to zone agent.
*** Zone agent acts a communicator between Server( Mainserver Battle server Zoneserver and Account server) and client ***
This is kinda the process in brief
Now as for your error, its in step 8 where the id password is confirmed and its time to enter the world.
there are 2 possibilities:
1. either the port to your zone agent is blocked by firewall
2. Login server is not detective Zone agent. - In this case you must have got just Connecting error; according to my experience
99% its because of the connection between client and zone agent, Check ip of zone agent and port in svrinfo of Zone agent and login server's ip port in zone agent and port in svrinfo
This must quite solve your problem

Upto Point 8 it is correct.
Login Agent is used only to authenticate the client using login server, and give ip and port number of Zone Agent to Client.
Than Client again repeats the process as it did with Login Agent.
It sends again the login details to the Zone Agent, Zone Agent Authenticates the Client using Login Server (See closely, you will see ZA attaches itself to Login Server).
And than the chars appears on screen to choose from and continue the game.
Client is authenticated twice, one at LA and second at ZA.
If you wana confirm, run your server on hamachi, install winshark, trap hamachi network and see the packets.
So, deep if you wana run korean client with your ZS, LA is not the only thing you need to fix ;)

Stop shiiting and start reading, am not talking about 1-2 page of reading, read all, each and every thread in this sub forum of a3.
No one is gonna come to solve your thing out, because it is the noobish thing to solve when you are in a3.

Concentrate on the ini configuration being talked about there.
Use the A3Client.exe shared there, and hex it to your ip(hamachi one in this case).
Login Agent Port shall be 8811.
Now don't shout until you try hard first.

Login agent for Korean client is easy to make
Problem is with Zone agent...
encryption of Korean is different from the Taiwan one...
that is what i am not able to figure out....
Why make new loginagent? 1.20 works fine.

Korean client is not working man.
i use "important files & shortcuts" folder cilent.......

s..it works fine..hex it by using xvi32 and search for "setup.ini", scroll down, find and replace 6 ips with ur himachi 5.xxx.xxx.xxx..save it n u r done wid it..
Incorrect. It doesn't invite based on IP Address. It checks for User ID and Unique ID.
