i needed a small help regarding A3Updater..
I have Checked prasanth_budu's LAUNCHER+Updater.(http://forum.ragezone.com/f98/a3-lau...pdater-750471/)
i did md5 check...
but where will my launcher exist?
i didn't understand that..
can any one help me?

Release the source.

What good is a binary without the source? There is no point in releasing a closed source tool that is directed at the community to be used at will.
Starters can download the updater and use it for their server until they acquire enough knowledge to code their own updater. Even A3 server executables are closed source but that does not stop starters from downloading and using them. When I want to release the source I will surely release it until then let people use my executable or make their own from scratch :)
@cvr ..why dont you release that auto item distrubution and gmtools source code first :P..i am noob need help
This is not an open source community, it's just a playground where a bunch of kids want to take other kids' money.
The main ingredient to keep a community going , FUN, is missing. A game is an excellent motivation for everyone to learn, even this dead game. Imagine, for A3 only, someone needs to learn web stuff, ASM, any programming language to build his tools, windows internals, networking, a bit of security, scripting, databases, etc. etc.
It's really disappointing that this game is only popular to the wrong people for the wrong reasons.
