How can i sell skill scroll level 1 in NPC shop

Or can guide me to the Old Posts then i'll be grate full.

I also want to know..that we can convert GL.ull to .bin and .txt.....
and we can do changes in .txt file easily but is there any way to convert the
.txt file back to GL.ull.....Please help me on this also.

as player you should use the patch file provided by the private server, and you should ask in the forum of the private server (if any) for those files if they are truly missing.

this section of the forum is intended for server development only, and client configuration is discussed as part of the whole.
