I Have Some Problems With 2.02

Hi im setting up a 2.02
but i have a few problems:

-I cant connect 7770, 8880 and 9990, i click, click againd, and it says "[ERR] Cant connect h3dbXX". the lines in tdb.ini is like this(example):
"00=h3db00 Login202 sa 280591 account 0 1" (for 7770)
"00=h3db00 CharDB sa 280591 charac0 0 1" (for 8880)
"00=h3db00 ITEM sa 280591 ItemStorage0 0 1" (for 9990)

ODBC checking or BDE setup

I think the Regedit stuff is right.
What about BDE Setup? when i click that, it just install something in a sec and close, and nothing happens..
