Hmmm that because the game is not designed to make any char of more then 165 LVL. you can manually increase the level not only to 250 but 500. but still u cant implement it going on step by step level ups.
Correct me if i am wrong.
hmmm.. but in tta3 it does happen after 166+.. i mean when take rb they get to 166 and so on... so hw is that?

Now about your problem of getting to level 250 even when you set a lover level.
The current zoneserver don't support level above 200. So if you set level of a char above 200 for once then even after setting a lover level for it, it will jump to 250 on hunting.

here is the third way
The level up is not done step by step in those idiotic server. its only done upon rebirth. its a simple PHP code written to make the char of level 166 and above.
Don't even talk about that shit server. tta means "T= Those who pay can T= Take A= Anyone".
Btw php codes do nothing but change the level of char in SQL database and provide them with few skill points at level 1.
I agree to first part about Sh**** Sever, however the secound part can also be emplemented on the 165 lvl making it lvl 166 in addition, you can also give some points

Make a new character. Either set its level from sql or use the gm command in KH chat@all Abv.. Make sure you don't set its level above 200 for a single time also. If you don't set it above 200, your char will stay at the level which you set for it and if it is below 165 it will level up like normal chars by hunting or questing.
