Now my server is running fine i have tested it on Hamachi

Thanks to DK for helping me to get it online on Hamachi

Is there any Map editor , so that we can create map

as i know i had seen INSANE's post where he had show some map
of part five where the name of that map is not mentioned in prt 5 files

No,
There is no map editor to create a map.
U need ur own graphic design knowledge to do it.
U may use the existing map.. There are not less maps available.

And By the way,
Use a perfect prefix for post..

my server is also near to start does any know any tools or software for editing maps graphic design.

There are no tools. Make your own tools.
