Try carode, I don't remember about specific monster code, but in carode you can use @NPCSUMMON for sure.
For translation there are LOTS of posts in forum, you will find them very helpful.
Also, change the title of your post to something more descriptive so that others may find this helpful too.

From Searching RageZone i found the Monstar Card Code .But With that i cant spown Boss
Can u say me me Map Name where Can i Spawn Boss .
I Download RamanKamboj Files in all that Files Memora,Dusk,Chemos, All Are Spawning 4 Boss More After Hiting 1 boss

I dunno about monster card but if you go to "Carode" map and try to spawn C3, S3, S4 bosses it will work ( I don't remember the codes) , I have tested it with 219 files.
About the 4 more bosses problem, it can be fixed by copying the NPC files from 2.05 server files by CVRdheeraj.
I am not able to find his file can u give me link.. Pls
