Need VMware image of A3 server

Can some upload the VMware image of Windows Xp with working A3 server with latest working client and server files please. It would be better if some common errors like teleport error, NPCSUMMON issue are solved. I'm requesting it because in almost all other server development section 1 click server hosting is posted with working VMware images. Is not better even this form make something like that, so that even newbies can host a server in their PCs that run any OS!

Actually this is what I tried to do when I first joined RZ, about 1 year ago, using VMWare & VirtualBox but when clients try to login they get disconnected from ZA with reason "Speed Hack".

Maybe with newer versions of vmware or virtualbox or with some "tweaking" it may work.

But this requires coordination and teamwork which in A3 section simply doesn't exist. It's impossible to form such a team to maintain this VMware version with current a3 community members.
