ur db not conneted with a3serial user...

u willl do that step
1 Enterprise Manager
2 open security and see in logins but frist u do A3ItemEvent DB in user delete a3serial user
3 open security and make a3serial user and use that password "dkdlxpawprhdnpc"
see screenshot it in more to help u
