First convert .ull file to .bin. Run second aplikation and convert .bin to .txt. Simply :)
use any hex editor, then search hidemercenary, at the bottom of HideMercenary u will see IP number.
Replace it with ur IP.... is that wat u mean how to changed IP number in a3client.exe........
but if u wanna change port connector in a3client.exe, i think u better search for the port stated in loginagent.ini, loginserver.ini and zoneserver.ini. I think it should be port 3300 n ....... (cant remember) .... cant tell u the exact port number as i am away from my server.... >.<
