Anyone knows the format of the quest files to save me the time studying them?

I would like to correct one thing
The 02 to 09 i.e. 00 00 EC 03 00 00 EC 03
In this, the first EC 03 is the NPC code who gives you the quest.
The second EC 03 is the NPC code to who the quest is submitted.
In this case both taking and submitting the quest are to same NPC so its same EC 00.
What about chain quests?
For the Chain Quest 2nd Quest code is written in hex at the end of the quest file. I mean to say just Check the last strings of the quest files.
