Redyan Staff?

This isnt really a server based question but seeing as its about a3 and there is no normal a3 chat section I figured this would be the best place to put it.

I was looking through some screenshots of A3 Korean today and it struck me that every high level mage in the korean server uses a Redyan staff. Anyone have any idea what it is about the staff that makes them all use it?

So u wanna know the secrets of Redyan staff .
1.) Basic hit rate of redyan staff is higher than any other staff i.e it hits with faster hit rate.
2.) Its damage with basic hit is same whether the HK is naked or wearing BOR.
3.) rest secrets even i dont know, and tell me if u know more.

th 2nd 1 is not true

this only work for high lvl mage like 165,164 or higher if a lvl 165 mage use sb vs a lvl 165 using redyan staff to fight the redyan staff mage will win
