I have successfully run the Lotto and Dog Races in Episode III Server using Old 1.45 Zoneserver. I have loaded the Pulchir Map into the old Zoneserver and i had moved the Lottery npc there to Pulchir!
It finally worked! Just check the screenies!
I have also worked on the Gift System and it has worked too! You need a 20 digit pin to get desired gifts from the Guards outside town

But, dun't u think that would create another in-compatibility with the client in some issues... like the GFX for example .. i think its not showing properly on ur client .. i may be wrong .. still.

Ya thats true that there will be some graphics problems, hence i have only loaded pulchir on the old Zoneserver. I have tested it and found literally no problems with character even though i enter the old Zoneserver and come back. There are no Mercenaries and some new features are unavailable.

2.02 server files are best to create server. Although 2.05 is also there but 2.02 is the most stable of all we got now. Its episode III, and you can add episodes IV or V maps manually.
They're all in the stickies Johnny. :)
Can ny one tell me whats the minimum ram requirement For implementing part 4 & part 5 maps in part 3 server(2.02)

Working with different version of server and sorting out compatibility problems, i have reached some conclusions!
The Mainserver and the Zoneserver should be of the same version for you to load into the Zone. Incompatibility will cause you to get stuck at loading screen!
Accountserver is backward compatible. You can even use Episode I Accountserver for Episode III Server that you are hosting.
The Zoneagent also plays a role. I am unable to use older version of the Zoneagent, than the one which is available for Episode III because whenever i try to select the server in the client, my client crashes. I think this is because i am using ARA3 Client, which is not compatible with the old Zoneagent.
Now, Zoneagent, Mainserver and Zoneserver play a vital role. They need compatibility as the first priority. I was able to setup older versions of the Mainserver and Zoneserver to run perhaps i could not test the old Zoneagent bacause no old version of client is available at moment!
If anyone has edited the skill damage, or someone who what the Skill Tables contain, it will be of use for adding new skills to part IV Zoneserver! ins@ne i need your help in this regard!
Sad to say this guyz but the Episode IV Zoneserver posted in this thread looks to be a Fake one! I have edited the skill tables but no use! I then opened it up in hex and to my surprise i found that it was not a real one!

I have implemented the Skill Tables in the Episode III Zoneserver. The Zoneserver works fine but i am not able to use any skill with the standard ArA3 Client. I have implemented the skills in client side also due to which the skills are all messed up! I need an A3Client.exe which fully supports part IV skills(like that of tta3). The reason i cant use tta3 client is that it is somewhat encrypted and i cant find any IPs in that. If anyone is having ht A3Client.exe please post it and tell me the default ports configured in the client!
Please provide me 1. All the clients in my PC are messed up!
PS: I just need A3Client.exe
Hmm .... And the TTA3 thing has a different launcher if I remember right.
There are no IP configs in teh A3client.exe? Can't be. Did you look at the whole thing.

I found this site having loads of Unpackers. I have tried all but i cant unpack. Either the software says the Header of the Zoneserver is invalid or it just gets hanged. No luck in unpacking the exe files.
PS: I wanted to know if somebody know how to change the connecting ports in the client. I need to change the ports in the client of tta3!

Even if you implement the skill tables in the server side, you need to implement them in the client side also. When you implement Episode IV skills in Episode III, then the skills are not in a proper order and you cant use them. If you need to use them, you need to use a New Client (TTA3). Hence you have to use a different A3Client.exe file altogether. But since the Zoneserver version is older compared to the Client version, my client crashes whenever i try to login to the game!

There's some problem with filefront these days. I'd rather prefer members hosting to some other site for a while till they get this problem of theirs sorted out.

I havent unpacked the EXE File but i have Dumped it. I am able to look at the HEX but i am unable to run the Dumped Zoneserver due to IAT Problem. I am unable to fix it. Hence i cant find and edit strings in the real unpacked Zoneserver to get rid of ATZ Problem.
I hope Akaruz can help me solve this issue! Hope he sees this!
We need to Unpack this Zoneserver, the same way it was done for the first set of files!

Difference is that the left side Zone is manually made and right side is a bought Zoneserver.

1. Unpack the Server:
You need to open up the Zoneserver in a debugger. A low level debugger like OllyDB will do. Then you need to install Phamtom Plugin so that the internal Asprotect debugger dont detect the Olly. Once you are done, you need to do some guessing and find the OEP of the Exe file. You then need to set a breakpoint there and use some external Import Reconstructor software to dump the image file. Once the dumping is finished, you need to crack the second layer of protection which is TLock. When done, you need to rebuild the Import Tables and Repair the IAT. If you do well, you will have a working Zoneserver with Access to the Hex..
2. You need to decode the Zoneserver and find out what the NPCSkill file actually contains. This needs a lot of guess work. Not that easy!

Alot of things changed from the past where we could get server files and work on them , nowadays it seems 95% of the files you can only get by trade or by paying , if its free 50% of the files are missing simple as that

About being that my reply , well Yam even told me to me he shouldnt be due to the language barrier ( To be honest i do prefer someone who can write in english and keep this section in english - since i do not like to see Foreign posts ( Like Gunbound or for example Ran )
There are like 3 other members , but the one that actually was doing stuff along with Yam or at least the most noticeble was cvrdheeraj
Insane did a good job where i left , main problem is that to be honest I gaved up A3 when i reached the same situation as Insane did a few months/weeks ago.
You guys dont want to fix anything ,you guys want a brand new server where you just need to click on a setup.exe file , it will make you the db , give 1000x rate , everything on the shops , max level and all skills working
The best time i actually had was when this section was almost dying and i had the 202 server files which then i work with Fabio on the Ara3 to make then perfect , problem was that each day it passed we knew certain things were impossible to achieve do to missing files that couldnt be recrated , but well at least he loved to do that job of Understanding everything.
80% of this section just wants Copy and paste but still if he needs to tweak something to make his server diferent he cant because for him its "Chinese" what he's doing and doesnt understand shit
Now lay of Insane, and wait till we get a new mod or not
at least there will be no more rubbish about epi5 server in here akaruz......
