try using the attached MC.ull file below and try spawning the mobs from maps 47 48 49
if this doesnt work still, easier way is to change the group codes of the 12 following monsters to group 0 which can appear anywhere
open MC.bin and determine wad is the groups of the map 42 43 47 48,i believe u said earlier on it was 37...
open MON.bin or MON.ini that u have decoded earlier and find for the monsters that was in map 48 and change the group to 0
the files i provided,only the bosses were changed to group 0 as i think the monster werent as important
so u would have to change the monster to group 0 manually

Edit:i double checked the mobs in the screenshot...it in group 43...u can either change it to 37 so it can only appear in Ertakin,grandia or change it to group 0 so it can appear in any map
also attached Mon.ull with those 12 monsters to group 0 except for blue men which im not so sure if i did or not
