Its because of lagg, thats why they are attacking slow :P
PS.You have server? can i play on it xD?
no you misunderstood me
they not slow they are attacking faster than normal speed
so they are killing bosses and faster than same stat and weapon players

Well I didnt try it , in my beta server some players told me about that and said it works like using diffrent proxy and increasing speed 100x .

Modify the skilldelay.dat file in zonedata skill folder.

skilldelay.dat is for skills durations it is not releted with this problem .
