[Speed Hack] <username> closed by force

    Hi all,

I tried to setup A3 server, but no matter what server files I use, I get the following error:

    Code:
[Speed Hack] <username> closed by force
Here is what I have tried so far:

    a) 219 files with TTa3 client
    b) 205 (cvrdheeraj guide) with ARA3PartIII client

Server is hosted in Xp-Pro machine and client is running in Vista Home.

Is there any way I can disable that [speed hack] check? The server is intended for LAN play only, so there won't be any buggers.

Whose account is getting closed?? Urs or some of your friend.

Try to play without any speed gear because it creates mismatch between the server packet sending and receiving capacity.

BTw it is server for your friends only so you don't need any speed hack because you can gift them with GM sets or better set therir accounts also as GM's.

Actually noone is playing yet, it's going to be a server for me and my friends only, but up to now I am only trying to make this work.

So, it's ME that gets disconnected, all I do is login, enter town and after about 50 seconds I get disconnected. Of course I am not using any hacks or anything.

I have to mention that the server is installed under VirtualBox!!! , I was thinking I should use virtualbox in order to share it afterwards with anyone that would like to have a server up and running in notime.

After the failed attempt with VirtualBox and some "hint" from cvrdheeraj, I tried to do a fresh XP install on a new disk and setup server there. It Worked!

    Thanks for your answer
