:( Unable to Install SQL Server 2000 on XP sp2

IM not able to install this sql server on my computer
its os : windows Xp sp2
256 mb ram
p4 1.6
plz help me to solve this problem.. plzzzz

i have SQL server 2000 enterprise edition .. please check it and reply your post... and are there any new games equally good as a3?? plz tell me ..ill switch to that game... thanx
