    You need to enable the MSSQL Plugin for Apache.

    that is not the concern looking at the error he specified..and not at all related to it

    This is how you fix it..
    open the "php.ini" file from your php

    1 ) add
    PHP Code:
    extension=php_mssql.dll
    open the file ..open search(ctrl + f) and type extension= ..it will take you to the place where you need to add the above line)

    2) Make sure php_mssql.dll is in the ext ("\php\ext") folder OR the one defined in the variable extension_dir = "C:\....\php\ext" in the php.ini itself.

    3) restart it

    DONE
